Calif. High Court Won't Hear Piece-Rate Pay Case

Law360, New York (July 22, 2013, 6:53 PM EDT) -- The California Supreme Court on Wednesday refused to review an appeals court's ruling that a class of auto mechanics paid on a piece-rate basis were also entitled to minimum wages for time spent waiting during their shifts.
