Citing AmEx, Comcast Plugs Arbitration Bid At 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (July 23, 2013, 4:03 PM EDT) -- Comcast Corp. told the Second Circuit on Monday that a customer who brought a putative antitrust class action against the cable company should be forced to arbitrate his claims individually in light of the U.S. Supreme Court's recent American Express ruling.
