Publicis Sex Bias Plaintiffs Want To Add FMLA Claim

Law360, New York (July 29, 2013, 5:53 PM EDT) -- Workers pursuing a gender bias suit against Publicis Groupe SA sought permission Friday to revise their lawsuit following the close of class discovery, a move they said would streamline some allegations and allow for the addition of a classwide Family and Medical Leave Act claim.
