NFL, Reebok Can't Shake Antitrust Suit Over Licensing Deal

Law360, New York (August 2, 2013, 4:48 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge declined Friday to toss a putative antitrust class action challenging the National Football League's exclusive licensing deal with Reebok International Inc., ruling the plaintiff, a consumer, has standing to bring the case because he is a participant in the retail market for NFL products.
