Bloomberg Gets NYC Prevailing Wage Law Struck Down

Law360, Los Angeles (August 5, 2013, 8:46 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge on Friday granted New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s motion for summary judgment in a lawsuit challenging New York City’s prevailing wage law for developers and others that receive financial assistance from the city, finding it was preempted by the state minimum wage.
