LA Site's Monument Tag Unfairly Blocked Project, Suit Says

Law360, New York (August 8, 2013, 7:25 PM EDT) -- Snowball West Investments LP hit Los Angeles on Wednesday with a lawsuit accusing the city of unfairly blocking its housing project by designating part of its property a historic monument, arguing that the site didn't retain any trace of its former life as a World War II Japanese-American detention center.
