Dancers Win Class Cert. In FLSA Suit Against Strip Club

Law360, New York (August 14, 2013, 3:08 PM EDT) -- A Georgia federal judge on Wednesday granted certification to a class of exotic dancers in a suit accusing a strip club of misclassifying and failing to pay its entertainers, ruling that the dancers who filed the suit had shown they and their co-workers all faced the same alleged wage and hour violations.
