Sirius XM Fee Class Action Already Tossed, Co.'s Atty Says

Law360, New York (August 14, 2013, 3:34 PM EDT) -- A now-dismissed federal lawsuit over a $2 administrative fee that Sirius XM Radio Inc. allegedly improperly charged to some of its customers bars another class action over those claims in New York state court, the satellite radio company's attorney argued during a hearing in Manhattan on Wednesday.
