Dancers Allege Texas Strip Club Denied Wages, Divided Tips

Law360, New York (August 15, 2013, 3:31 PM EDT) -- A pair of exotic dancers slapped their employer with a proposed class action in Texas federal court Thursday, claiming the establishment's management denied both their minimum and overtime wages and improperly doled out their tips to other workers.

Dancers Alexis Alex and Nicolette Prieto brought the suit against Tiffany's Cabaret in San Antonio, formally known as KHG of San Antonio LLC, alleging multiple violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
