Sirius Waited Too Long To Send Litigation Notice, Insurer Says

Law360, New York (August 15, 2013, 6:08 PM EDT) -- An XL Group PLC attorney told a New York state judge Thursday that the insurer didn't have to cover Sirius XM Radio Inc.'s defense costs for antitrust and class action lawsuits over its 2008 merger because it waited too long to tell XL about the litigation.
