Ch. 11 Plan Should Trump Price-Fixing Suit: Northwest

Law360 (February 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Northwest Airlines Corp. asked a bankruptcy court on Thursday to block a proposed class action against it and other airlines over an alleged price-fixing scheme concerning passenger airline prices, saying that recent approval of its reorganization plan freed it from claims predating the approval.
