Orthofix Flooded With Investor Suits Over Restated Earnings

Law360, New York (August 19, 2013, 6:17 PM EDT) -- Medical device company Orthofix International NV was hit with a wave of proposed securities class actions last week, alleging the firm had painted an improperly rosy picture of its business to investors before disclosing that it would have to restate more than two years worth of financial results.
