YouTube Rips Soccer League In 2nd Circ. Copyright Case

Law360, New York (August 19, 2013, 7:58 PM EDT) -- Google Inc.'s YouTube urged the Second Circuit on Thursday to bar England's top soccer league and others from filing an amicus brief in Viacom International Inc.'s $1 billion copyright appeal, blasting the brief as an end-run around appellate procedure.
