Publicis Workers Panned For Bid To Revise Sex Bias Suit

Law360, New York (August 26, 2013, 7:37 PM EDT) -- A New York federal magistrate judge said Friday that workers pursuing a gender bias suit against Publicis Groupe SA shouldn't be allowed to revise their allegations and add a classwide Family and Medical Leave Act claim because they could have acted sooner.
