Giants Want To Grill Ex-LBHI Workers In $300M Stadium Row

Law360, New York (August 29, 2013, 3:41 PM EDT) -- Giants Stadium LLC continued its discovery push in a $300 million dispute over financing for MetLife Stadium on Wednesday, telling a New York bankruptcy judge it intends to seek testimony from former employees of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.

The unit of the NFL’s New York Giants said it plans to press the court at an upcoming October hearing for an order authorizing subpoenas of former employees of LBHI and affiliate Lehman Brothers Special Financing Inc. for deposition.
