Vikings Stadium Developer Inflating Land Value, Agency Says

Law360, New York (September 3, 2013, 3:55 PM EDT) -- The public agency monitoring the construction of the Minnesota Vikings' new $975 million stadium accused the developer Friday of “grossly inflating” the value of the property and seeking to edge the agency out of a 2003 agreement giving it control of public land in front of the stadium.
