Citing Dukes, 9th Circ. Won't Rethink Newspaper Workers' Suit

Law360, New York (September 3, 2013, 7:21 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Tuesday refused to rehear or to grant an en banc review of its ruling to partially decertify a wage-and-hour class action against a Chinese-language newspaper, in light of the U.S. Supreme Court's Wal-Mart Stores Inc. v. Dukes decision.
