Port Of Houston Ducks Noise, Light Pollution Class Action

Law360, Houston (September 5, 2013, 4:13 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court said Thursday that the Port of Houston Authority cannot be sued in a proposed class action by homeowners who claim noise, air and light pollution emanating from operations at a nearby shipping terminal have rendered their properties uninhabitable.
