Law360, Washington (September 5, 2013, 6:35 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Thursday overturned an injunction requiring a Georgia city to allow a T-Mobile USA Inc. unit to build three cell towers in the city, ruling the city's permit rejection notices were proper under the Telecommunications Act.
