Coral Gables Claims Land Swap Flouts Zoning Requirements

Law360, Miami (September 13, 2013, 7:22 PM EDT) -- The city of Coral Gables, Fla., has alleged in a lawsuit filed in Florida state court that a parcel developers chose for a new city trolley garage as part of a land-swap deal is not zoned for such usage.
