Philly Casino Investor Wants To Block Developer's License

Law360, Philadelphia (September 13, 2013, 6:02 PM EDT) -- A group of investors challenging the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board’s statutory authority to issue a second casino license in Philadelphia pushed the state’s Commonwealth Court on Tuesday to block the developer behind a proposed $700 million gambling parlor from intervening in the suit.
