Workers Decry Publicis 'Malarkey' In Sex Bias Cert. Battle

Law360, New York (September 16, 2013, 3:59 PM EDT) -- Workers pursuing a gender bias suit against Publicis Groupe SA told a New York federal court Friday that the company was engaged in an “underhanded” bid to torpedo their pregnancy class claims, calling the argument that the plaintiffs had never sought certification on those allegations “malarkey.”
