Buccaneers' Offer Doesn't Moot TCPA Claims, Plaintiffs Say

Law360, Miami (September 17, 2013, 6:02 PM EDT) -- The plaintiffs in a proposed junk fax class action against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers urged a Florida federal court Friday not to dismiss their case, arguing the NFL franchise's settlement offer, issued prior to their motion for class certification, did not render their claims moot.
