Inland Inks $115M Deal For Hyatt Hotels In Napa, Savannah

Law360, New York (September 23, 2013, 6:41 PM EDT) -- Inland American Lodging Group Inc. has agreed to buy two Andaz hotels in Napa, Calif., and Savannah, Ga., from Hyatt Corp. for $115 million, the hospitality giant announced Friday.

A Hyatt affiliate will continue to manage the hotels, according to Inland, which already owns one Andaz hotel after a transaction completed earlier this year.
