Mohegan Sun Gets Panel's Nod To Press $775M Casino Bid

Law360, New York (October 3, 2013, 12:36 PM EDT) -- After fielding questions regarding its financing plans and the role of tribal sovereignty in its proposed $775 million casino in Massachusetts, Mohegan Sun was granted a conditional approval on Thursday to keep fighting for a gambling license by the state's local gaming commission.
