Toyota Nixes Some Expert Testimony From Acceleration Trial

Law360, New York (October 8, 2013, 2:53 PM EDT) -- Toyota Motor Corp. convinced a California federal judge Monday to keep some of the plaintiff’s experts’ testimony out of an upcoming trial in a personal injury suit in the California multidistrict litigation over unintended acceleration in Toyota vehicles.
