Attys Say Penguin, Macmillan OK'd $11M Fees In E-Books Deal

Law360, Washington (October 8, 2013, 7:10 PM EDT) -- Two law firms that negotiated the $115 million e-book price-fixing class action settlement with Penguin Group USA Inc. and Macmillan Publishers Ltd. asked a New York federal judge Monday to grant them $11.2 million in attorneys' fees and expenses, saying the two publishers have already agreed to the separate deal.
