Tribe Ordered To Pay Rent For Minn. Casino Operations

Law360, New York (October 9, 2013, 7:06 PM EDT) -- A federal Minnesota judge on Tuesday ordered a Native American tribe to pay up to $10.3 million in back rent to a local city, rejecting arguments that the tribe had overpaid in the past and that the National Indian Gaming Commission disapproves of the deal.
