US Fights For Expert Witness In Lockheed Bid Battle

Law360, Los Angeles (October 11, 2013, 9:30 PM EDT) -- The U.S. government on Friday asked a California federal judge to allow an expert’s testimony to be heard in a False Claims Act suit in which the plaintiff alleges Lockheed Martin Corp. purposefully low-balled estimates for a U.S. Air Force software contract.
