Deals Rumor Mill: TD Bank, Telefonica, Twitter

The prospective buyer, which operates across North America under the TD Bank banner, would swallow up RBS's Citizens Bank unit to substantially increase its presence in the states. The speculation over a potential tie-up comes as the U.K. government considers whether to split apart the assets of RBS, a process that could speed up a Citizens Bank sale....
