Publicis Sex Bias Accusers Say Co.'s Experts Not Up To Snuff

Law360, New York (October 16, 2013, 6:33 PM EDT) -- Workers pursuing a gender bias suit against Publicis Groupe SA urged a New York federal court Friday to disregard the expert reports the company submitted in an effort to defeat their bid for class certification, saying the reports focus on the wrong pay decisions.

In a reply to a response filed by Publicis and its MSL Group unit to the plaintiffs' original motion to nix the expert reports, the plaintiffs said the reports simply could not meet the standard for expert testimony laid out by the Supreme Court...
