Texas Court Again Blocks $10M Award In Mexico Hotel Row

Law360, Dallas (October 17, 2013, 4:03 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Wednesday affirmed its earlier decision to reverse a $10 million award against a Dallas real estate firm accused of interfering with two Mexican luxury hotel projects, but left open the possibility for the developer to enforce the trial judgment against a defendant who didn't appeal.
