Judge Limits Port Authority Sept. 11 Insurance Claims

Law360, New York (February 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey can only collect insurance for damage done to one World Trade Center building and to the train station below, not for parts of the property that were covered by other insurance policies, a district court judge has ruled.
