Lockheed Wants Judgment In Air Force Contract FCA Suit

Law360, Washington (October 22, 2013, 6:09 PM EDT) -- Lockheed Martin Corp. on Monday asked a California federal judge for summary judgment in a whistleblower False Claims Act suit alleging it purposefully low-balled estimates for a U.S. Air Force space systems contract, saying the relator can't back his FCA or retaliatory discharge claims.
