NYC Can't Sue Architects Over Hospital Damage

Law360, New York (October 25, 2013, 3:27 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge refused Wednesday to reconsider her finding that New York City is not a third-party beneficiary to a construction deal between a state agency and an architecture firm, affirming the city can't bring claims against the architects in a $40 million suit over damages to Bellevue Hospital.
