NY Towns Lose Federal Challenge To Tribal Gaming Deal

Law360, New York (October 30, 2013, 7:15 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday remanded back to state court a suit challenging New York's deal with the Oneida Indian Nation supporting the tribe's casino operation and the state's gambling expansion, saying the towns and individuals trying to block the deal lack standing.
