Hard Rock, Tribe Raise Stakes In $808M Casino Bid

Law360, New York (November 4, 2013, 4:23 PM EST) -- The Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin and partner Hard Rock Cafe International Inc. on Saturday announced they had upped the ante on their proposed $808 million casino and resort project by offering to cover up to $250 million in any losses incurred by other tribal casinos in the area.
