LinkedIn Seeks More Leeway To Share Gov't Spying Requests

Law360, New York (November 5, 2013, 8:11 PM EST) -- LinkedIn Corp. on Monday pushed the authors of a legislative proposal that would curb the National Security Agency's spying authority to further loosen restrictions that prevent companies from disclosing government requests for user data, saying the lawmakers had fallen short in their attempt to tackle the issue.
