Law360, New York (November 6, 2013, 1:20 PM EST) -- East Boston voters on Tuesday shot down a proposal to house the embattled $1 billion casino project spearheaded by the Suffolk Downs racetrack owner, leaving the company to mull reworking its plans to be located solely in the neighboring town of Revere.
