Coughlin Stoia Accused Of Misconduct In Coke Case

Law360, New York (February 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A special master has recommended that the federal court overseeing a proposed securities class action against The Coca-Cola Co. bar Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins LLP from serving as class counsel, ruling that the plaintiffs firm’s conduct in buying allegedly stolen Coke documents from a disgruntled employee was inappropriate.
