Comcast Can't Dodge Plaintiffs' Cert. Bid, Judge Says

Law360, Los Angeles (November 12, 2013, 10:17 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Tuesday refused to dismiss the latest bid for class certification by a group of cable TV subscribers accusing Comcast Corp. of monopolizing the Philadelphia market, saying the court has authority to consider the plaintiffs' motion to recertify a narrower class.
