Law360, New York (November 14, 2013, 2:08 PM EST) -- The Suffolk Downs racetrack owner, which is spearheading an embattled bid to snag one of Massachusetts' new gambling licenses, is in negotiations with the city of Revere to keep its $1 billion casino resort project alive after suffering a recent setback, according to a Thursday statement by the city.
