3rd Circ. Won't Rehear NJ Bid To Rescue Sports Betting Law

Law360, New York (November 18, 2013, 7:11 PM EST) -- The Third Circuit on Friday declined to rehear the state of New Jersey’s constitutional challenge to the federal law prohibiting sports betting in most states, affirming a victory for the coalition of professional sporting leagues that defeated a state law legalizing sports betting.
