Officials Bash New $1B Suffolk Downs Casino Proposal

Law360, New York (November 22, 2013, 7:53 PM EST) -- Massachusetts gaming authorities said during a Thursday hearing that additional legal review is needed before they can approve a proposal to move Suffolk Downs racetrack owners' $1 billion project outside Boston after hearing statements from several local and state officials who called it an unfair skirting of the state's gambling law.
