2nd Circ. Sides With Starbucks In Tip Pool Class Action

Law360, New York (November 21, 2013, 5:12 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit on Thursday sided with Starbucks in a class action brought by employees who claimed shift supervisors should not be allowed to dip into baristas' tip pool, saying that despite their title, supervisors mostly perform similar duties to that of baristas.
