Ameranth Wants Norton Rose Fulbright DQ'd From Patent Suit

Law360, New York (November 22, 2013, 1:52 PM EST) -- Ameranth Inc. asked a California federal judge Thursday to disqualify Norton Rose Fulbright from representing Expedia Inc., Papa John's USA Inc. and others in its infringement suit over online ordering services, alleging a conflict of interest.

Ameranth said that Norton Rose Fulbright associate Jim Warriner served as a clerk for U.S. District Judge Chad Everingham when it brought a suit over the same patents against Menusoft in Texas in 2007.
