SugarHouse Investors Say Pa. Can't Reissue Casino License

Law360, Philadelphia (November 25, 2013, 3:53 PM EST) -- Minority partners in Philadelphia’s SugarHouse Casino who sued in July to stop a second gaming license from being issued in the city fired back Friday at arguments that state gaming law mandated that two casinos be located in Philadelphia.
