Daimler Loses Preemptive Cert. Challenge In Gas Leak Case

Law360, New York (December 3, 2013, 1:54 PM EST) -- Daimler AG and its Mercedes-Benz USA LLC distributor on Monday failed once again to head off class certification in a suit alleging their E-Class sedans and wagons are prone to gasoline leaks, with a federal judge reserving his decision until the plaintiffs put their certification bid to paper.
