Law360, New York (December 3, 2013, 4:21 PM EST) -- Citing the need for a legal opinion, the Massachusetts Gaming Commission at a Tuesday hearing delayed its decision on whether the owners of the Suffolk Downs racetrack and their new joint venture partner, Mohegan Sun, can move forward with a revised $1 billion casino resort proposal.
