Microsoft Corp. invoked it in a contract dispute with Yahoo Inc. over the timing of the transfer of Yahoo’s search capabilities and ad services to Bing and got a decision from the arbitrator after an evidentiary hearing within 18 days of commencing the arbitration and a decision from the district court confirming the arbitral award a week later.
